30 day challenge

pauso to ni boss sa office. nainspire syang gawin to at ang kanyang challenge ay matulog by 12mn pag weekdays, 1am pag weekends. may pagka-insomiac kasi sya. so she asked if may gustong sumubok kaya ayan tuloy lahat kami! nyahahaha! its fun trying to find something na igi-give up mo ng 1 buwan. sabe nya “start small” so i went with NO SOFTDRINKS for a month. mejo ok naman, feeling ko madali lang to nkakainis lang pag nsa subway at mcdo ansarap magcoke. at para magmukang committed kme dito, may fine na $5 pag nandaya ka sa challenge mo, shemps theres no way of monitoring naman pero INTEGRITY daw ang pairalin namin.

eto ung ibang challenges ng mga officemates (and partners); just in case di nyo magets ung board.

  • no snacking
  • no blog shopping
  • no coke
  • no meat
  • sleep early
  • eat salad (buset sila sakin khapon kc kumaen ako ng cheeseburger.tas nangamoy sa ofc. haha!)
  • no peanut butter
  • sleep by 1am
  • no oreos
  • no instant noodles
  • only 1 cup of coffee/day

ang pinakamalaking whiteboard sa ofc, nasa likod ng 2 boss. so expected na puro trabaho ang nkalagay dun. but no! puro kalokohan, drawing, at side bets ang nkalista.
